How to take measurements for women

Chest circumference. Wrap a tape measure around the largest and most prominent part of your chest, inhale halfway and record the volume.
Waist circumference. Wrap the tape measure around the thinnest part of your waist, measure on a half-breath. Do not draw in or inflate your stomach while measuring.
Hip circumference. Measured at the fullest part of the buttocks, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
