The online sportswear store Freever monitors the quality of the products it produces and sends to customers. But situations are different, and you may need to return a previously purchased item or exchange it.
When is this possible?
- you did not use the clothes;
- it has not lost its presentation and completeness;
- labels, tags, labels and other markings are not removed.
If the same model is not on sale for replacement, you have the right to choose another: we will quickly recalculate the amount paid earlier (accept the surcharge or refund the difference). The refund is made in the same way as the payment: we will send money to your bank card or pay in cash if you purchased the goods in one of our branded stores.
How do I exchange or return an item?
The answer depends on the situation:
- You refuse the purchase right at the post office. This is the fastest way, as the return is made on the spot through the courier service operator Delivery is at your expense.
- Refusal and return after receiving the order. Call us at 0-800-201-784. The manager will tell you the address of the branch to which you should send the parcel back. Delivery is at your expense.
- You made a purchase in one of the offline stores in your city. Come to us again with your purchase. Our employee will quickly do the rest.
Important: If you have not paid the shipping costs when returning the goods, please note that we may require prepayment for future orders or reserve the right to refuse service. This is a measure aimed at ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the exchange and return of goods, as well as reducing the risks associated with unscrupulous customers.
